Born in New York and raised in sunny Southern California, Dr. Harris received his Bachelors of Science in Psychobiology from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
Dr. Harris Choe earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the nation's top-ranked program, completing an orthopedic residency before launching his own private practice in 2023. He specializes in working with high-level youth athletes, professional competitors, and celebrities — bringing elite-level rehabilitation to those who demand peak performance.His experience spans a wide range of sports including volleyball, basketball, football, track & field, gymnastics, fencing, jiu-jitsu, HYROX, ultramarathon running, and more.
Whether working courtside or on the competition floor, Dr. Choe brings a deep understanding of how the body performs under pressure.
